This morning the LFoM alliance took back all 3 strength relics that were taken from us recently. Congratulations to all who participated, and Jedhawk in particular, as he was leading the raid. We have a few new members that joined recently. Welcome Byggemandbob (Warsight's cousin), Barquez and Rathglothgar, I hope you'll feel at home here :) Lastly, me and Shaniah will be gone for a couple of days during Easter. We'll be back on tuesday. |

There have been some connection issues with the European servers today. If you downloaded a 17 MB patch and are no longer able to log in, you were patched to the US version of DAoC. Obviously your European account doesn't work there. Follow the instructions on the forum to fix your installation. |

Yesterday early in the morning (around 5 am) we lost all of our Strength relics to Albion. Fights had been going on for hours and finally the reduced number of defenders and a lot of Necromancers using their lack of need for LoS allowed the albions to kill virtually everyone in the keep before the doors were even open.. With some effort we'll get them back eventually though :) On a bright note: Mor reached the big 50 yesterday, and the last of the epic quests were completed as well. Congratulations Mor! :) Lastly, I would like to thank those who have completed the poll so far. 19 members have participated already, so if you haven't yet: make your vote count! |

Since this is my first post here as GM of Tiwaz's Emissaries, I suppose I should make a statement here.. As much as I regret Grilf's decision to step down as our leader, I will do my best to continue that what he has built (though of course we couldn't have done it without you all). I will strive to keep the keep the old Tiwaz spirit alive: a respectable, friendly all-round guild, aiming to be neither too small, nor too unpersonal. Onto the more daily matters... Well, maybe not so daily: three new level 50 alts :) Congratulations Lupa (Shaniah), Felis (Tarrasque) and Vaeinaemoeinen (Jyty)! |

It's with a frog in my throat, that I post this message... I am formally handing over the guild master title to our current deputy head, Thorarin please treat him as you have treated me (if not better - cough - ). This change has come about due to a change in my circumstances, and upcoming exams. I should be playing (a little at least) up untill the end of April, and depending on how things go, maybe a little beyond that. As I've often said, and heard, all good things come to an end. I hope you remain in tiwaz, with your friends, I know this was never my guild, it was allways our guild, and I hope it remains your guild for the rest of your time in DAoC. With the 1.60 patch being tested allready, more change, more adventure, and more enjoyment is on your way, so strap yourself in, and enjoy the ride I'd like to extend a warm thank you to everyone for making my job possible, and my time enjoyable, THANK YOU |

Two more relic raids have been held on Mjollner Faste today. Fortunately both have been fought off, if only barely. On entirely different note: Arcaan is back in Midgard/Excalibur, and so is Thanos/Heboric (as Conchobhar), at least to some extent. Welcome back! One of our new members, Haarboldt, completed his promotion quest recently and has been promoted to Emissary. Wear our emblem proudly :) Lastly: Meril, a level 50 Warrior joined Tiwaz's Emissaries. He's a friend of Tarrasque and Jerelyn, so I hope we'll be able to make him feel at home here :) |
