A small patch (1.1 MB) has been put online yesterday that fixes the item name and pricing display on consignment merchants. So if you see some downloading going on when you try to log in, that's normal.

There will be some upcoming changes affecting the European DAoC community. BarrysWorld/GAME.net will be shutting down many of their services, including the forums and their Quakenet IRC servers.
It looks like FreddysHouse will be the successor to BarrysWorld, it was created by some of the original BW founders and they've set up some nice new boards for us very similar to the old ones :)

Testing has started on version 1.65 on Gorre, so if all goes well we should have this version live in a couple of weeks.

Once again a small update with some noteworthy developments:
First of all congratulations to Dalekon on dinging Realm Rank 4. Keep those realm points coming :)
Secondly, Idlefire has been promoted to Emissary and as such he is now a full guild member. Welcome Idlefire :)

Sabya has been spotted in his shiny new epic armor. Looking good ;)

Not much news today, but some congratulations are in order for Sabya (Horned) on reaching level 50 with his Shaman :)

First of all: congratulations to Shaniah for reaching the Weaponcrafting cap! :) We now have crafters with capped skills in 3 different crafts, go us! The caps will be slightly raised in future patches, but it's still nice ;)

The Midstock event that was supposed to be held next sunday has unfortunately been cancelled. What this means for the football tournament is not entirely certain yet, but as soon as I know I'll be posting on the forum about it.

Lastly, the Excalibur server seems to be down currently, along with Avalon. It's probably just some maintenance downtime, but no announcements have been made at all, which is a bit strange..

Update: as of about 11:40 AM CET, Excalibur was back up. There were some strange problems and they seem to be fixed finally after some more downtime :)
