An event was organised last night for the Midgard players of both Excalibur and Prydwen. For those of you who missed it, Redcaps took over Bjarken and Dyrfjell, killing anyone in their path. A single woman managed to find her way to Aegirhamn, where she passed out from her wounds and exhaustion. King Ingulidin, terrified of the huge Midgard Alliance army on his land, agreed to lead the Midgard forces to the Morvalt camp, where Dendjekar was ultimately defeated, returning everything to normal, at least for now.. On the subject of animation, two new GOA specific quests will be available soon for everyone to do, though they are linked and one will stop you from doing the other. If you are especially observant, you can already start the quest. Keep an eye on the Camelot Europe website for announcement on the specifics :) PS: if you have any nice screenshots of the event, they are most welcome ;) |

It's been a while since I last posted any news, so it's time to do a little writeup. First of all I'd like to congratulate Falldorn on reaching RR3 and attaining Battle Herald rank. Lequin (Ralgedi) also reached RR5 around the same time, congratulations :) We have some new members, even though some aren't that new anymore by now I'd like to mention them anyway. Welcome Pez, Jurgen and Airien. Unfortunately Agreiloth has decided to make his in-game absence permanent. He has said his goodbyes to us and also the Eye & Ear team to which he belonged. Perhaps we'll meet again, until then: Best wishes and have fun with City of Heroes :) At the time of writing all game servers are down for some kind of bugfix. Excalibur has been down since 10:35 CET and downtime is scheduled to be around 4 hours. Update: as of 13:15 CET, Excalibur is back up. |
