Think i caught myself some kinda of virus on my comp, which has been the reason i can´t play on daoc due to very slow inet connection.

My antivirus got fucked up, cause the license was tampered with. Im using Norton. I reinstalled, but still had the slow inet. Next day the license was tampered again.
I dunno whats wrong, but im going to format my comp next week.

Can´t seem to fix this, been searching on net for what it might be and asking friends, but no answer. My connection icon in lower right corner (the icon with the 2 comps) is showing that my comp is packing a shitload of data. This cause my inet to be extremely slow, and CPU is working on constant 45%.

Anyone seen or had this problem before? Would be nice to know, since it take ages to format and install all your shit >_<

Looks like you got some spyware thingie stealing bandwith. Don't download free porn m8 ;p

What process is using all the cpu power?

And you tried to run AdAware? Its a great tool to spot and remove spyware, adware and other such things.

Normally I would only reinstall my computer if it was really fucked up, or I installed alot of new hardware - its a big thing for me, takes days to get everything right :)

i had some thing familliar on my computer. sasser it was called. it kills the internet connection some times( whent LD 10 times in df)
