As the northern wind blows at the most even the toughest norsemen and Trolls gather at the little tavern in Mularn. The open fire gives a mysterious shine to the envoirment. it is a calm feeling trhough out the little wooden inn, the only sounds is the low voices of th warriors, the Wolven cries and the biting wind. It is said that in the Vale of Mularn you will never be short on mead, and perhaps it is true.
The drunken dwarf has started to dance on the corner table and the battlescarred warriors claps at him, and buys him another round. Among them are the Emissaries of Tiwaz, Grilf, Shaniah, Tarrasque, Stunningly and the others.

Suddenley the door blows open and a dark figure can bee seen in the doorway. The dark warrior holds a massive golden spear in his right hand and the large longbow in the other, the bow glows with a mysterious shine...

Scilence lay upon the warriors, some puts their hands to their swordshafts ready to charge into battle at any second. Then the dark warrior steps into the light of the burning fire and he takes the thich dark cloak of and the warriors recognice the emblem, marked with an Eagels head.

The warriors exchange their looks with a warm smile.

The man is Eragrim Nightfall, the Hunter of Defiance. The blond beard, the ice blue eyes and the thick scar which runs through his left eye, they recognize him. He smiles at them and has a seat among the Emissaries.

"This round is on me! Finally I found my way to thee all!"

And so the night continues, endless tales of their battles together by the dragons lair, and other tales of glory and bravery...

Thorarin opens the door to the inn, finds a chair at the bar and sits down with a deep sigh. He motions the inn keep for his usual drink and starts to look around...

Seeing Eragrim at a table together on a table together with some Tiwaz's most powerful warriors and closest friends, he takes his drink and starts to head for the table.

Jumping into the conversation with a faint smile of amusement, he says "Why Rumil, this is Eragrim. He is the leader of the Defiance guild, who so often fight by our sides in defence of our realm...".

Turning towards Eragrim "Good to finally meet you in person, I've heard much stories about you, yet our paths have never crossed in battle.. Perhaps soon though, those Wretched Albions have taken Bledmeer Faste again. They're even worse than those Celts and their allies, it's time to send them all back to where they belong.".

His face now grim, Thorarin slams his mug on the table, then pulls up a chair to join his fellow adventurers in conversation, hoping for something to cheer him up..

Sitting in the corner of the inn, recovering of the wounds he got on Bledmeer Dalekon says to Thorarin. "Its good to now that there are such warriors to fight at our side in battle".

Then a smile appears on his face and he says to Thorarin "Do not worry about Bledmeer Faste, those Albions are no match for our armies in battle. We will take Bledmeer Faste back".

After saying this he turns to the other adventurers in the inn and listens to the stories of battles and adventures done and still to come....

I'm sure it will, Dalekon.. I have some ram parts stored up for when the time comes. Until then I'm getting some practise in Spindelhalla.

What were you doing all alone in Bledmeer anyway? Spying is better left to our shadowblades I think :) As for those wounds, I'm sure Grilf can help you out.

I found a pretty good hauberk while in Spindelhalla, by the way, ringed darksteel. If any of you could use it...

Ha my friend i was just taking a look at a besieged keep when i ssw that there was nobody outside of the keep. So i walked to the keep and eventioly even inside it. Inside I saw the last moments of battle, the explosions where visible outside of the main building. But everybody was inside that building.

Only moments after the last hibernian was killed and the albions took the keep and the doors closed behind me.....

As for the equipment, im always looking for better then my own :)

Grilf walks into the bar, hands the barmaid his cloak, and collects his pipe from behind the bar. He draws out a pint of the special brew, walks over to the fire, and sits in his famous chair. From the staff rack he draws Thorden's Ember, lights the fire and his pipe. He draws a deep tug, blowing several smoke rings in the direction of the bar. In the corner of his view, he spots Eragrim, famous for his scar, and keen hunting eyes.

Grilf gets up out of his chair, and stumbles over to Eragrim and the crowd he has drawn. He lays a hander on Eragrim's shoulder, 'Welcome friend, I'm glad you have finally found our inn, the finest in midgard. Barkeep, a round for the lads, on the house. So what brings you to these parts?'

Grilf draws another tug off his pipe, and waits for a response.

"Greetings my friend" Eragrim answeres.

Eragrims voice is calm and filled with hapiness to see his old friend from the battlefield. "I wonder when you were going to show up brave magician of Eir".

The biting wind is blowing harder outside and the drunken dwarf has fallen asleep, as he always do...

The dark winter night is closing in on the little tavern. The battlescarred warriors are falling asleep one by one with their pints in a steady grip.

Many tales of glory and bravery has been told on this cold winter night, like so many other. There are few still awake among the adventurers and among them are Thorarin and Grilf and ofcourse Eragrim. They gather around a small wooden table by Grilfs chair. Grilf draws yet another tug on his pipe...

As the late hours has arrived the warriors look at each other and they all know the time has come for serious talk and lightened pipes. Eragrim lights his ashwood pipe and speaks in a calm voice. "It is no coincidens that brings me here Emissaries of Tiwa", "My travels has been many and far, I have spent alot of days by the dragons lair and fought many fierce battles there, and many by your side Grilf". "We have both completed our training but still there are more things then training skills in Midgard, the thirst for mighty artifact has awakened within me". "I come here for assistance Emissaries of Tiwa, I am in need of thy blades". "The warriors of Defiance is planning a great adventure in the search for mighty items within our realm, our goal for this journey is the dragons lair, we shall seek the legends, the named beasts among the drakulvs and hunt them down, everyone of them".

Eragrim takes another tug on his pipe. He turns his head and looks into the fireplace. The fire glows with a warm and pleaseant light. The deep scar on his face shows clearly in the mysterious light provided by the calm fire and then he turns his ice blue gaze upon Grilf.

"Are you with me old companion? It will be a long and a hard journey"

The scilence lay upon the little tavern. The only sounds reaching the three warriors is the dying fire and the cries of the whitewolves. Roaming the cold and snowcovered cliffs in a far distance...
